They are cheap for a reason. I agree with Revain user "Bubba Gump" who said the bottom of these bottles is too wide to fit many composite bottle cages (including mine). Another user heated the plastic on the bottom and formed it into a more conical shape. Too much trouble returning a $10 item so I'll keep both of my bottles and try the same. I will no longer buy bottles with this type of cap that has triangles along the beveled edge. Aside from being very difficult to grab when wet, chances are you'll connect them (see image). Plastic lids have too little structure, so they bulge outwards and threads leak. You have to push down (pita!) while rotating to close it completely. The pinch valves seem to work well enough to release just the right amount of water. I wonder how they will be with soda? .Maybe it's ok and just release the extra pressure which would be better than my current sealed bottles which sometimes explode when the valves open.
