Remember when you happened to have a water bottle for your bike? That's it! It's a bit cramped in my cages, but that keeps it from falling out, doesn't it? You have to make sure the top is snug or you'll spill yourself, but you really do get a little wet during your workout, what's the worst?

Still smells like plastic after a few weeks of use. I used to have a bottle of Gatorade and it didn't have that smell. I love the fact that it's a small company so I don't want to return it but I'm disappointed that the smell doesn't go away. Also a bit difficult to press. But that doesn't matter.

Excellent quality and value for money. My favorite part is that it's dishwasher safe, BPA-free, and leak-proof except for carbonated drinks. Also, I'm glad I don't have to worry about cleaning the mouthpiece and disassembling it. All you have to do is squeeze out some soapy water or use a straw cleaner and it's that simple.

Edit: The seller sent a replacement top that fits great. Good sized bottles (I would have preferred them a bit smaller (20-22oz instead of 28oz)), the valve works well but one of the caps doesn't sit properly on the bottom of both bottles. A lid that doesn't fit properly makes it difficult I suspect it's defective as the other top slides in and out easily. I tried swapping the top and bottom but the problem came from a broken clasp.

My bike has special water bottle holders and those bottles were too narrow at the base for these gauge style holders. I used a heat gun and heated the bottoms of the water bottles to almost melting point and squeezed them into a slightly conical cup that changes the shape of the bottom to match the sensors. Worked very well. Instead of bottles with a slight widening at the bottom, they are now mostly straight cylindrical. I can understand why 50 Strong tapered them to fit typical wire bottle…

They are cheap for a reason. I agree with Revain user "Bubba Gump" who said the bottom of these bottles is too wide to fit many composite bottle cages (including mine). Another user heated the plastic on the bottom and formed it into a more conical shape. Too much trouble returning a $10 item so I'll keep both of my bottles and try the same. This is the first time I've bought bottles with one way valve from this company. I've bought other bottles from this company with no problem, but again they didn't have a one-way valve. The quality of one-way valve bottles is lower than other bottles. They are thinner (softer plastic) and the lids are difficult to tighten.
