Intuitive Features - But Terrible Customer Service

The customer service is amazing, all staff members seem to work remotely so it can feel hard to find someone at times as we are in Asia and not too many other people there know how to use our software. It feels like every time I contact them they tell me that my account has been suspended with no explanation or opportunity for resolution. We are unable to log into accounts when we have more than one user profile which leads to an unserviceable dashboard that hinders business. The ease of use for multiple users would benefit everyone's workflow if you didn't mind being logged out most of the time. Our accounting department now uses Mint because of its simple layout and intuitive features. Also, it allows us access from different devices (PC/mobile) hence less chance of losing data compared to if only used desktop system. Tracking money coming into the organization via cash vs incoming ePayments helps track internal costs much smoother. Helps eliminate manual intervention. The interface is very user friendly, I like that they have different tools to check the market movements. It has a free plan but you need to pay some money for premium service. And there are no mobile apps. I do not know if it is good or bad, I think it is great because they help us in managing our investments. We can also use them as a tool to follow the market movements.
