No words to say what a terrible product. 1-hard plastic=super uncomfortable! 2-heating function does not work 3-massage 2 does not work 4-hand massage is very weak and a waste of time. The 5-wire cable is so short that the device must be used near an outlet. 6-Absolutely zero. NO traction in the lumbar spine. This is very cheap plastic junk. It serves no purpose other than being an uncomfortable piece of plastic beneath you. It's useless to an extent I can't express as it basically does NOT work. I used it 1 time and it went back in the box for a refund. A very expensive item that doesn't work is made out of plastic and doesn't really do what it's advertised to do. look elsewhere Unfortunately you can't buy something like that. If I could give zero stars I would. Good luck with another device for your spine.
