Pros: - Heats up really well - Cool LED effects - Saves loads of space (I was looking for something to put next to my desk instead of in front of an existing fireplace, and not many options for something so compact) -It has safety features with an auto shut off -Great look overall Cons: -The legs are plastic -One of the holes on the side for attaching the glass panel was removed a bit but it didn't really matter since the Fasteners on which the plate slides were in order. - The remote control is cheap (there are also controls on the top of the unit) - The wall mount had a bent tab from shipping but I still don't need it. If I did I could just bend it with pliers. Conclusion: I'm not thrilled, but it works and looks good (except for the plastic feet). If you're looking for something cheaper to heat a small area that doesn't feel like a regular heater, this is a pretty good option. If you're looking for a higher build quality or something to put in front of your existing fireplace, you might want to consider other options.
