Apply some lubricant to get it into the transmission mount when removing it from the vehicle. Inserted immediately. On the one hand, getting in can be a bit more difficult, the lube helps to clean the edge. You'll see what I mean when you get to this part. It feels more reliable between shifts and delivers power more directly when in gear.
