Failed after 2 months

I installed it on my 2005 Mazda 6 and it broke down and the leak came back after about 2 months. Right in the same place. This is the angle at which oil will pool due to the engine's inherent tilt. The oil seems hot enough to melt the gasket. Also with Permatex. Although the outside temperature has also dropped about 30 degrees, from 90 degrees when I installed it this summer to about 60 degrees this fall.
