Review on InterActJail by Paul Williams

The best part of this software was that it could be used in multiple departments, from intake through release or parole/community notification! This made things easier than if we had been using one program per department which would have created more work with less efficiency at times as well (though I can't think why you'd want such an approach). Also being able to see what people were doing before they left our custody allowed us some peace-of mind knowing where inmates are going next without having them tell their story over again when released into another facility's care - sometimes those stories change between locations so not always easy tracking down previous info via phone calls etc., but possible now thanks to iact jail!
