Good scale for dieters!

I probably would have given it a 5 star rating but to be honest it had few instructions and I'm on a diet and also not a cook so hopefully my friend will help me sort it out. The size is great, the digital reading too. Has a tare and a few different units so I'm sure it will be great once I figure it out! In the future please provide specific instructions on how to use containers etc. This is confusing to us non-chefs! Thank you!
