Love this machine!: my feedback
This has been a life saver when I've had a long day and my neck is aching. I am able to sit on the couch and prop this behind my neck and watch TV or read a book. It changes directions which is nice and it also is heated which is very nice. For the money it is a great machine.

Okay! If you have a sensitive back.. Do place something thin between you and this massager because it is like when someone takes their knuckles and knees the knots out of your back. I love to use it starting with the left shoulder moving to the middle and then right. Then I take it down to my lumbar area. I have several back issues so it helps. I also use it for the back of my knees. It has been instrumental in my back relief. Thanks
