Review on Auto Meter 2660 Electric Pressure by Luis Thompson

I have a car with a turbocharged Scavenge engine and a carburetor and needed an accurate fuel pressure gauge to set it up. With a turbo system that scavenges carburetors, knowing the exact fuel pressure is very important. I tried two different sensors before getting this one and neither of them worked properly. The first was a digital model which turned out not to register fuel pressure below 10psi making it useless for my application. The second was a cheap mechanical analog gauge from China and it was useless as it wasn't accurate at low fuel pressure or possibly elsewhere. I finally chose this Auto Meter and am very happy with it. Obviously well made in the USA with full and clear instructions, top quality wiring harness, easy to install, works great and is easy to read. It accurately records fuel pressure from 1 to 2 psi and can also accurately read pressures up to 30 psi. It's expensive, but sometimes you get what you pay for. A pressure gauge with this level of accuracy and pressure range is hard to find, but if you need one look no further - it's a first class instrument.
