We bought this for our 65 inch Samsung QLED TV. Although this stand states that it supports TVs up to 65 inches in size, I was surprised when I opened the manual to find that it stated a limit of 70.4lb. for regular floors and 55 pounds for high gloss floors. You need Allen keys, but the ones you need are included in the package. You will also need a Phillips screwdriver and a drill with a small wood drill bit. There are 2 plastic cord clips that you tape and screw into the back leg to hold the power cord from the floor to the TV's power plug. In general, the stand is great. It's so fashionable. All the details are well made, strong and the wood is well finished and looks like a solid wood species. Floor with carpet. My wife and I easily lifted the TV off the floor and moved the stand into place as needed. The screws and kit come with plastic spacers to support the curved TV. While my TV doesn't have a kink, I found that the two screws that came with it were either too short or too long to attach the black mounting brackets to the back of the TV. So I used the smallest black spacer with the longest screws and it worked great as the screw was able to hold the black bracket securely to the TV. I also liked the extra space because I could route the power cord through this space to manage the power cord running down the leg for easy cord management. My wife and I just love the stand. It's so modern and unlike many TV stands that collect dust on the shelves or stands, you just won't have it with this one. For practical reasons we decided to put a TV between the living room and the dining room. As a result, the television was not on the wall. The way the TV looked from the back affected its cleanliness. Second, I was afraid of touching the TV in passing and knocking everything over. Well, with this stand, the TV rotates freely around the B-pillar. So instead of tipping over, the TV can easily take an accidental bump, causing the TV's viewing angle to rotate slightly. But everything will be perfect. So when we are sitting at the dining table we can easily turn on the TV and watch TV and vice versa when we go to the family/living room. just turn it back This turned out to be great during our recent Covid Thanksgiving when we set up a camera with a TV and did a Zoom video conference together with some family members and video ate together. Of course, there is no storage space like on a TV stand. However, we are very satisfied with the viewing function of the TV storage stand. We also liked that the TV could be raised or lowered about a foot or so later, as we saw fit. We initially set it to the default level, and it suits us.
