Received product and downloaded software for programming. This is not very user friendly unless you have a lot of computer and/or scripting experience. But I was able to download ready-made scripts for my game. It only works on the main controllers that came with your gaming system. In my case PS4. If you have a non-original controller, the device will give an error. So I went back to my standard crappy PS4 controller just to use this thing. A few weeks worked, and then again an error. So I restarted it and loaded different scripts and now it doesn't work on any of my controllers. For me it was expensive junk. Dominator Strikepack for less than half the price worked a lot better for me. After two cable changes....
