I ordered a macbook, after some time they called to coordinate the order, they told me about the guarantee and that the keyboard was without a 2022 layout, for me this was not a problem, because I knew that I was not buying growth. The next day I went to pick up. I took it without checking on the spot and brought it home, unpacked it, it turned out that the macbook does not hold a charge, that is, with a factory marriage. The next day I took it back, showed a significant flaw on the spot, the store managers agreed, drew up an act of transferring the device for diagnostics, they said it lasts about 2 weeks. After 2 weeks, no one called, I decided myself. I was told over the phone that the diagnostics passed and I was approved for a refund or exchange for another device. I agreed to exchange the device for a new one, by phone they agreed on the same equipment and the same price as I bought that defective one, they said that I could pick up a new device tomorrow. The next day, they called in the morning to say that there were allegedly problems with the supplier and it is not known when this model will be available, so I can only drive to the office for a refund, which I later did without any problems. In turn, I want to emphasize that during these 2 weeks while the macbook was being diagnosed due to the course, the cost of the macbook increased by 4-5 thousand . The whole next week I checked the availability of this model on the site and how it hung in stock and hangs that gives rise to bad thoughts. There were very unpleasant emotions from this whole situation.
