I had no idea I needed this little gem. This is a great time saver for quilt retreats as you don't have to stop and go to a "public" ironing area to iron quilt blocks. It's also handy at home because I have a small sewing area and it fits nicely next to my craft closet. It can be wonderfully combined with a travel iron for quick ironing. The cutting mat is great too! Tip: Allow the ironing pad to cool COMPLETELY before closing the cover. This prevents possible deformation. I should have gotten it sooner but now that I have it I wouldn't part with it.
