Low level drive (slow when full)
while my many WD Blues and several Samsungs *don't* have this problem, when the drive is about 70-80% full the writing will too much worse than even a hard drive (write times for one or three large files drop to 100K-10MB/s). and I believe it has continued to deteriorate from there, even if it is 40-50% empty.
