I love that we can find solutions to any issues with our website or blog very quickly because of all their experts available 24/7 via chat, phone call etc! This helps us out tremendously when it comes time to fix problems or even just get advice about how something should be set up.

Sometimes you have questions but don't know who else would understand them better than they do (e.g., if there's some plugin configuration thing). It might take someone more experienced longer at first since not everyone is as familiar with WP plugins / themes like me so this could slow down getting answers sometimes. However once your in, everything runs smoothly from then forward :) We've had nothing bad come across yet which makes working together really great - maybe one day? The best part though has been actually knowing what my teammates are thinking without having to ask each other personally every single step along.
