Review on Wusthof Classic Super Glider Chef's Knife - Precision and Efficiency in the Kitchen by Brian Benford

Like it but a little disappointed with the knife. I bought it because it said a special design (whole parts of the blade) was made so that the veggies would move away from the blade as you cut them - hmm - not really. I've tried potatoes, carrots, and other "tough" veggies and they still stick to the blade a bit. Also, it's definitely a right-handed tool, so forget it if you're left-handed. I like the weight of the handle, the quality of the blade, the design. I have several other Wüsthof knives and this one completes the collection but is not my favorite knife from this batch.
