Great tool for those clogged hoses! it looks very menacing but serves its purpose. I don't think I could have opened my hose without a tool like this as it was in such a tight space and my hose felt like it was glued to the fitting. The price of this item is very good considering that it has saved me from many disappointments. I had to remove a hose that was attached to a plastic connector that just slipped off with little effort. So make sure your hose needs to be pryed open before you buy this tool, but this tool is great for those who do a lot of car work. . For me it is only needed for one-time use, which I think is worth its small price.
