To be honest, I really liked the suction power, it cleans carpets and parquet floors well. However, there is one simple but fatal design flaw – the motor separates from the tank very easily. And it keeps coming off by itself! The rotation system to stay in place is totally useless, it doesn't stay in place! Too bad I didn't send it back after the first day! Also, a gift card was included with the product saying I could choose a Revain gift card or a replacement filter and when I submitted my information the company said they no longer make gift cards. Then DO NOT send them to the consumer!
