Review on DALSTRONG Crixus Gladiator Cleaver Hybrid by Elizabeth Thornton

Great knife for the kitchen and dining room

I bought this knife because I wanted something heavier but at the same time versatile and functional. It does a good job of trimming meat for the smoker, but its forward weight makes it a little awkward to do things like finely chop spring onions, which a traditional chef's knife was designed to do. The knife is nice and sharp on the outside, nice as always. , package. It's offset slightly forward as you would expect from a cleaver. What I really like about this knife is its looks. The blade height looks great when slicing and serving meat on the table. While it may not be functionally superior to my carving knife for large cuts of meat, I can still get nice thin cuts on smaller cuts, and it's great for serving with a knife. for something a little heavier or, of course, forward on your knife. I think this will probably become my camping knife as it does a lot of things well.
