I did not initially like this product. I didn't like this product at first when I saw it. Second, based on some negative reviews, I advised to buy it. But since I'm a person with good eyesight, I followed my instincts. As many have said. When I first received the pillow it seemed cheap and sloppy. (and it's not white) true. but I took the brush and began combing it gently as if it were my cat. The difference and the result was amazing. I am very happy with it. See photos before and after. The pillow is very cute after you brush it and it actually looks whiter when brushed. For the price I would buy it again in a different color if needed.
