The customer service I received throughout my experience with this product was excellent! Every member or representative that we interacted with were extremely helpful in getting us set up correctly so our members could easily log into their account online from any where they are located around the world. My only complaint would be how easy it can get confusing when you have multiple people working for your organization using different email addresses/passwords etc. This makes finding certain information difficult at times (especially if things go down). We've been able to streamline all communication between myself as well as other employees within the office without having to send emails back & forth constantly.
