Review on Walfront by Richard Orozco

I'm an avid internet shopper, so I couldn't wait to give Walfront a try. They sell all kinds of cool stuff, including tools, home improvement supplies, keyboards and MIDI, folk instruments, and world instruments. Nonetheless, I must state that after several purchases, I was left dissatisfied with their website. First and foremost, the website was difficult to navigate because the goods were poorly organized and placed throughout the page. In many cases, I was unable to find what I needed, which made my buying trips both time-consuming and frustrating. While the website's product descriptions were thorough, I discovered that the items I got did not always correspond to those descriptions. I felt misled and disappointed when I got products of lower quality than I had expected based on the product description. The assistance I received from Walfront's employees was mediocre at best, adding insult to injury. I received unhelpful and condescending responses when I contacted the company about a missing item from my purchase. They were obviously not concerned with resolving the problem or making me a satisfied client. In general, I was very disappointed with my interactions with Walfront. Although they have a wide selection of goods, their website is hard to navigate, their product listings are often inaccurate, and their customer service is subpar. Due to these issues, I will not be recommending Walfront to my internet shopping companions.
