Glue star but my bottle was missing a star for perfection

If you are reading this review you may be wondering if this is a good glue. I think this is due to my past usage. It remains to be seen whether it will still hold my systems and tinkering together years later. This year I've spent some time and money looking for better glues than what I've used so far. I mainly make paper, some fabric and some jewellery. No glue works for all paper or fabric crafts, but I only use two glues for jewelry making. I was amazed and confused by this paper craft I started a few years ago. At first I couldn't find the perfect loop slider for me. I also couldn't find a liquid glue that held well without warping the paper and leaving unsightly marks where I least wanted it. Also glue sticks and glue sticks. My early picks just didn't fit well, didn't hold well, or left marks on the paper. Before purchasing the TomBow Mono and Beacon 3n1 Advanced Craft Glue I looked at many reviews from Revain and other websites. Both were popular so I bought them. Of the two, TomBow Mono is by far my favorite. I gave it four stars instead of five because the small end of the dispenser is so clogged that nothing comes out. It's been clogged a few times but the fuss made it work. I soak it upside down in water to see if that helps. Tombow Mono doesn't warp my paper! I think it holds up in the short and long term. I'm very happy with how it runs, its non-distorting properties and its retention. I'm just disappointed that its promising narrow spike is such a weed. Maybe my first bottle is an exception. As for Beacon 3n1 - my bottle dried up like a rock from the bottom up right after opening it. One use from the entire 4 ounce bottle was enough for me. A complete waste of money. Other crafters love it though, so there's always a chance I may have an old stock that was dying before it got into my hands. As for TomBow Mono's popularity outside of stores, let me tell you, what I learned last week. Instead of cleaning the house, I was killing time by watching the 'Favorite End of 2014 Products of the Year' videos on YouTube. I checked out all the hop vlogs posted by fanatical papermakers from around the world. Every video blogger has hundreds, thousands or more subscribers. The most popular glues were this green TomBow Mono, big ATG Guns and ScoreTape. This TomBow Mono was the most commonly mentioned liquid glue. Another TomBow in a blue bottle was also praised several times. These ladies are artists and experts. Therefore, I would prefer their collective opinion to my qualified one. They swear by this TomBow Mono! I bet it might cost five Amazin stars but my tip is clogged so I'm sticking with my four stars based on my first bottle. They swear by this TomBow Mono!
