The ability to use the data to develop and implement a customized solution to identify and leverage opportunities in our markets.The ability to have a single point of control to manage all our solutions and services. The platform is a bit outdated with a bit of a dated look. I would like to see an upgraded look and feel. If we are looking at implementing this platform to solve our challenges, the solution is there. The ease in which we can use the platform to implement our solutions is immense and we have been able to implement all the solutions we need in the short period of time. The best part is that it is completely customizable and has a lot of different features. It is very easy to use and there is a lot of support. The UI could be better but it is very easy to use. It is a great tool to help grow your company. I have used it to help grow my company and it has helped me a lot. I have been able to use the platform to track everything that happens in the company.
