Very helpful and simple way of tracking progress
I like being able to track my weekly reports with an overall summary at the end if week or month! We are always looking for new ways to improve our processes so this is another great tool we can use as well as keeping up to date with other clients who have similar goals.
It's not much but it does work fine when using Google Chrome browser which seems odd since most people know about chrome extensions now days? The whole point behind us having this software was to be efficient with time managing all projects together however there isn't anything wrong specifically regarding PSA itself; just find what works best within each team member.
Pros
- Ease of access, easy navigation.
- Data collected in one place instead multiple places throughout google docs/cloud platforms saves money & times from rehashing old info into spreadsheets etc..
