I am a big fan of this product. I've used it a lot this sweaty, sticky summer. I use 1 scoop per 32 ounces of water and have been drinking about 1 scoop a day for about 4 months. I only used orange flavor. It contains no sugar and is therefore delicious. However, when I'm struggling with low blood sugar, I add sugar or honey and it tastes great (unlike how sugar tastes to aspartame). I've found that if I consume too much of it, I'm likely to get digestive issues. I think I was getting too much magnesium so I halved my evening magnesium supplement and the problem didn't come back. I've also been dehydrated a few times and added a pinch of salt to help the fluid cling to depleted cells rather than just flushing the system. larger wholesale size with better savings.
