I bought two of these hats to take on a vacation to Iceland. Rain and snow were forecast for the whole week and I wanted something that would protect my face and head from the dryness and heat. After 3 hours of rain it was still dry inside! These hats were amazing. I wore mine through the rain and blizzard in the blue lagoon and it did a lot more to help keep me warm than it did the day before when I was naked. I also wore mine when I was out in the mountains, and with droopy ears, my ears were hot, warm from the wind, and the fields shielded my face from the sun and a little hail. Overall I found these hats to be excellent value for money.
