Intermittent operation of oven parts and accessories
The measured resistance of the device is 1000 ohms. The specifications call for 1100 ohms. I measured with an analog meter. The oven temperature rose to 350, but the sensor couldn't hold it. These devices are inexpensive, but not as reliable or accurate as one might expect.
