Review on Rhino USA Cambuckle Motorcycle Tie Down Straps (Green 2-Pack) by Klassic Duncan

I have to be honest with this review. I really wanted these ties after reading all the positive reviews. But many of these reviews were made some time ago when they were still being produced in the US. I received the ties and was very impressed with the shoulder straps and the thickness of the straps. I used the first set on my sons CRF150R. They worked great on a short trip. A week later we took his bike along with my CRF450R. We went down the road for half a mile before I stopped because my bike looked crooked. I'm glad I stopped because one strap was very loose. I tightened it, rocking the bike back and forth and saw that the strap was about ten inches slack. I ended up tying a knot on the strap to keep it from sagging. I have to say the customer service was good. Replacement straps were sent to me promptly, but I'm a little worried about the longevity. I also bought their ratchet straps from another site. They look good, but then again, if the motorcycle seat belt is so easy to unbuckle, I'm not sure about their strength and reliability. I really wish companies could keep American made products. My old Ancra ties that I wore as a kid have never given me a problem in my 20+ years and they didn't cost nearly as much as this set. They just don't make them like they used to, unfortunately.
