YOU SLIDE! for tarps and bindings

I buy over 100 bikes a year so good bindings are a must. These are NOT good strings. Don't hold on. They slip when pulled. It really stinks because I bought several sets and even gave a few away! They can hardly be trusted, especially on long journeys.

Don't just rely on friction

These straps are well designed and well made. I think I just got a bad one. One of the buckles doesn't hold the strap securely so it slips off if I don't tie the end tight. As a result, my bike fell over while loading. No damage but not cool. I'm going to switch to ratchet straps to keep them from slipping at all and keep those as secondary.

Reliable and easy to use! First class customer service!

I bought two sets of these straps to tie down my bike when loading it onto a trailer. I've used them a few times to go to the track and on an 8 hour round trip to Arkansas. The straps hold up great and are very easy to use. I had one that started slipping. I went to their website and put in a guarantee. To my surprise, within an hour or two, they emailed me back saying they would send me a replacement! Fastest and smoothest warranty claim I have ever had with any company. Very happy with their…

Better than ratchets and made in the USA

These tough items. The most durable buckle straps I have ever seen. Also made in the USA. The hooks are very strong, but I'm deducting a star because I found the hooks to be a little less than perfect. The hooks are thick but the loop is tight. I would have liked a different hook locking mechanism. The rubber piece keeps slipping off mine so I just didn't take it off. nothing hurts If these harnesses had hooks like the tapered Pro harnesses I would give them 5 stars. However, the straps are…

Terribly easy to use with a pickup truck

If you're putting your bike in the back of a pickup truck, this is a surprisingly simple solution. I wasn't sure what to expect or why they would be better than ratchet straps when I picked this up on a whim while waiting for my new pit bike to arrive at the dealer. When I showed up with them, the salesman was impressed and joked about how I'd brought in the fancy gear before walking me through the simple two-step process of attaching each of these straps to the bike in practically seconds with

DO NOT BUY THESE! on tarpaulin and fixings

Bought a few months ago, used about 10 times, stored at a controlled temperature and kept clean. Loaded the new KTM 350 XC-F onto my trunk today, strapped on as usual plus a strap on the rear wheel. As always, double checked everything. Driving out of my zone at 5 mph, I looked in my rear view mirror and to my horror saw the bike begin to fall back onto the road. I stopped immediately and the bike hung at a 45 degree angle and continued to fall slowly. I reached for it, examined everything…

Heavy Duty - Tarpaulin & Bindings

I bought these straps from Rhino USA for my kayak. It may sound like an exaggeration, but the vast majority of specialty kayak webbing on the market today is of poor quality. In addition, I have a heavy kayak that loads onto a trailer's slippery surface for easier launching, so I don't want it falling off when I'm on the freeway. For added strength, I attached some Superstrut brackets along the trailer with eyebolts to tie down my kayak. Rather than endure the frustration of constantly slipping

Too bad they were made in the USA

I have to be honest with this review. I really wanted these ties after reading all the positive reviews. But many of these reviews were made some time ago when they were still being produced in the US. I received the ties and was very impressed with the shoulder straps and the thickness of the straps. I used the first set on my sons CRF150R. They worked great on a short trip. A week later we took his bike along with my CRF450R. We went down the road for half a mile before I stopped because my…

MADE IN CHINA man.

I bought these about a year ago and am very happy with their quality and use. I have just received another set which I ordered at the time of this posting. Unfortunately after all the hype and talk that this company was made in the USA and owned by an American father and son or whatever, this last batch was made in China and has a lower quality pin-on cross-stitch (on the old ones seams). were smooth and thin, in the new one they are crooked and thick and look less tidy). Disappointed that once
