I had high hopes for COVAX, an online company that claims to offer high-quality fashion products for a variety of styles and price points. But I was disappointed. Unfortunately, my dealings with this retail establishment were nothing short of a living hell for me. Let's begin with the level of quality found in their offerings. In spite of COVAX's assurances that the clothing and accessories it sells are of the highest possible quality, the goods I ordered from the company turned out to be of low quality and were created on the cheap. The products did not live up to their promise since the materials used were weak, the stitching was inconsistent, and the products' general appearance and texture were unimpressive. It was very evident that COVAX placed a higher value on quantity rather than quality, which is unacceptable for any merchant of designer goods. The poor customer support is an even worse problem than the low-quality products, if that's even possible. I attempted to contact their customer support team about the problems I was having with my purchase, but all I got in response was radio silence. It took them several days to answer, and once they did, their response was unhelpful and dismissive even though it was finally received. It is very evident that COVAX does not place a priority on the contentment of their customers nor do they accept responsibility for the high quality of their products. In general, I am unable to recommend COVAX to anyone who is searching for fashion products of a high quality. This retailer is a fashion nightmare due to the low quality of their products and their poor customer service. You won't be happy with this letdown of an internet store, so don't waste your time or money here.
