Exactly the same problem as the other type. The nose cone thus broke off on the second engine start. Luckily the aluminum parts didn't get caught in the bell body. (see fig.). They obviously either have an issue with the aluminum casting, or I suspect it's more likely that the magnet they use to knock the gear out is too strong for the aluminum body. This is the second of the same DB Electrical starters to fail with body end break off.
