The best part of this software is that it has almost all features we require from any chatbot platform, including but not limited to; - Natural Language Processing- NLP capabilities for text analysis.- Deep learning models like LSTM or CNNs etc., which can be trained using labeled data in order to build predictive analytics model specific to our use case needs (customer service).
