Update: The product itself works as my devices are available. But for some reason both the cloud software on my computer and the phone app show offline and I can't connect to them. I hope others have better luck than me. I still appreciate all the efforts of the support staff who certainly tried to help. I needed this product for wifi security in my parents house which I inherited. It's over 450 miles and fairly frequent power outages continue to shut down the internet. I haven't received the device there yet, but I bought another one here to use at home. It works well. Basically, I wanted to comment on their support team. I'm not a techie and I had trouble connecting my device to a cloud service. I called 2 times at different times. Both times their support rep was very nice and helpful. The second even waited patiently as I had to reboot my cranky laptop. After many lukewarm or bad "customer service" experiences from other companies, it was nice to be able to speak to a real person, not a machine, and still get a polite and knowledgeable person. Good job 5Gstore. Other companies can learn from your example!
