Cannot hold screen - even the thinnest flat screen. Weak. Not worth buying. We end up pulling our screen at the table for painting.The lip was a very thin strip and it was impossible to level the drawing to keep it from falling in. My suggestion: don't skimp if you need small easels, pay the extra money and get a good one one (even if it's just a small feature and you think you only need them for photos, they don't last long enough to take a picture.)
