Suitable for a small number of floors that need washing in my apartment. Not recommended for large houses. It's easy to use and I love the compression feature! There were no instructions. Be sure to screw all hoses very tightly so they don't slip off when you pull the nozzle down to squeeze out excess water. There is also a small hook to attach the tube and floor mount. Make sure you look for it as it will stay on long enough for you to try and pull the shrink tool down. It took a few tries to figure it out because I didn't have any instructions, but now it's great!
