The sound quality is fantastic: the sound is crisp and clear from my side. On the other hand, it doesn't pick up background noise and others have asked me which headset I use (Leitner of course!) as they too hear nothing but sharpness and clarity from their end. I like the wearing comfort of the headset: it's really light and comfortable. Range and mobility are also great. I can walk around my house, through many rooms remote from the base, without any interference. The battery lasts a long time: I can talk to each other for 5.5 to 6 hours without recharging. And when I need to charge, the battery charges quickly. Last but not least, Leitner has excellent service. I called thinking it was a problem with the headset and Kamika (sp?) not only found the problem (not the headset) but also suggested that another Leitner representative contact me at will should call back. me to check if the issue has been resolved. The call back I received from Joe later that day was just in time and, like Kamika, was very helpful. I was so happy with this headset that I bought a second one (one for the office and one for the home office). Worth every penny!
