Update: They look even better after a few days. I added an image. First off, skin is literally skin, of course different skin types react differently to the same product. However, this material was perfect for my worn work boots. These boots have been across the country - from the hot, dusty wastes of western Texas to the frozen tundras of Minnesota - and I've never cleaned them before. Photos speak for themselves! They went from hard, dried out, faded and dull to soft, stretchy and almost returned to their original color. However, I will say that during application, rough spots and stitching on the red upper of my boots are pure black. I was ready to open the lid! But when they dried, you couldn't tell they had ever turned black. Wow! Doesn't leave a weird smell or anything and the consistency is great too. All in all, if you know what you're doing and what type of skin you're working with, this is a great product. I left the conditioner on for about 15 hours, the boots soaked it up. In the morning I applied a second coat, left it for 2 hours, wiped it off and drove out into the snow.
