It's just that three types of paper give different textures and results. None of them are good or bad. The photo shows an attempt to reproduce a monochrome gel press print using a stencil on Deli Paper, regular baking paper and Gelli Arts parchment paper. Deli paper has a lot of grain (and a crease down the middle) and doesn't accept ink well. Baker's parchment is heavier and the ink tends to absorb unevenly. Gel-print parchment provides a smooth and even application of ink, and stencils are usually sharper. I love it, but I also love playing with others. Photo shows tests on delicatessen paper, baking paper, and gel art paper in order from left to right.
