Definitely not waterproof.
I bought these binoculars with high expectations after seeing all the positive reviews. I was disappointed from the start. The rubber coating on the inside of one of the barrels was loose, making it difficult to turn the focus knob. I took them with a group to bird watch at our local city park. The binoculars were briefly exposed to light rain and the lenses fell into the water. I wouldn't recommend them for outdoors.
