This Wasserstein 3-in-1 emitter was purchased to replace an old motion emitter under the eaves. They are NOT designed for this type of placement. Only one central fastening screw with threaded bush is used. Installation under an eaves is extremely difficult when the junction box is recessed. The screw (on the bracket itself) is long, but not long enough to make contact with the socket. This should be carried out with a cornice holder in addition to the wall. I gave this product 4 stars. It turns out that this product works better when mounted vertically (on the wall) than horizontally (under the eaves). I read this in other reviews but recklessly ignored it. Under an eaves, motion detection is more limited than against a wall, and camera angles are limited.
