EDIT: I sent a message to their customer service department, and I've never been more impressed. They responded in less than two hours and immediately resolved my problem.While this create may not be for my dog, I can't say enough good about this company, and will use them for pet supplies whenever I can.I bought this crate because my 40lb dog gets frightened during thunderstorms and bent the bars on his old crate. This one advertised itself as sturdy and strong. I've had it less than six weeks and he's been crated twice, and he's managed to tear through the bars to the point where it's a danger to keep him in it.This is NOT a hundred pound mastiff; he's a 40lb mutt.I'm really angry that I spent over $200 on a crate that isn't what it advertised.
