The crate has been fine so far, but my dog (7 month pit mix runt) destroyed the base over the span of a few hours. Now I have to get one customized which is going to cost a pretty penny, and the crate is unusable until we have a new base. The crate was more expensive when I bought it than it is now, so I'm even more miffed. Please consider that additional cost if you purchase this item.

This kennel is freaking awesome! I mean it basically comes assembled! Pop it out of the box, screw in the wheels, flip it right side up, slide in the tray and your done! I had to plan ahead, it's a bit big for my Boxer puppy, but soon he will fill it up. They responded in less than two hours and immediately resolved my problem.While this create may not be for my dog, I can't say enough good about this company, and will use them for pet supplies whenever I can.I bought this crate because my 40lb dog gets frightened during thunderstorms and bent the bars on his old crate. I purchased 3 kennels from ebay each from a different seller. I am forced to kennel my 3 Australian Shepards overnight for the time being. This is the only kennel that I had a problem with. Can’t so nothing bad about this kennel. Easy to put together. You don’t need tools. Heavy duty steel and with wheels I do not have any issues moving.

This was easy to assemble, sturdy ( heavy). I love the wheels. I have this in front of my pantry. No problem moving it , even with my dog in it. I have not used it yet, but it is nice to have the top door that opens too.My dog ( beagle) loves it! It is his castle now. I am so happy that I purchased it.

This crate is very high quality. It opens from front and also from top. It’s beautiful. And the best part is that I was able to cancel paying someone to assemble it because it literally just unfolded and I inserted the base and tray. No tools, just screwed in the rollers that lock. So happy.

Dog breeder of 8 years here. Easy to assemble and set up. I have had many other similar kennels and the screws always are a pain and rust making it impossible to break down. Not this one! Super easy setup with no screws to rust preventing take down. I can easily take this one outside and wash it down without needing 2 people or a handful of tools. These are the only kennels I will buy from now on.

I had a ASPCA kennel for 9 years and it lasted through my lab's trying to escape. This kennel I can pinch the bars and break them with my own 2 fingers. Come on people if your going to charge $100.00 for a product make it right. Now I'm out that money and have to buy another kennel. Guess I'm going back to ASPCA.

Had some issues with shipping damage (sent from west coast to east coast), but seller resolved immediately. Nice, well-built crate and lots of room for our pup to grow into. Wheels are very sturdy and quite useful in a crate this large. Also a nice upgrade from standard black wire crates at a good price point.

I have a Bully XL and she’s growing fast so her large cage became too small so that when she would sleep her face was up against the side wall so I purchased this item and it’s perfect! She can lay completely out and still have room. She loves it and the wheels make it so easily portable! Super super simple to assemble and great durability!

The door curved inwards which makes it very hard to close. Don’t know if it’s manufacture default or damaged during delivery.

Thought it was going to be too "clunky" but handles well, wheels remove and got it to fit into the back of my SUV for a family vacation! Dogs had plenty of room and were safe when we were out. Love it! PS, I wish I had brought a size just a touch bigger. , but that's on me. You'll love it. ;)

I was very happy with this product until my one year old poodle destroyed the door. She totally removed the latch and bars. I paid quite a bit more for this crate because it was supposed to be sturdy.

The crate is fine compare to its price. But what disappointed me is the part is missing and I found it out right after I assembled it. And I don't want to return it since it's heavy.
