Broken. double for holster

We ordered this item hoping it would be a long lasting case. The first one broke after 6 weeks. They kindly sent us another one. The second is already broken in the same place. The little hand falls off. The hull has not been abused or subjected to any kind of harsh and crude exploitation; regular use only. We are not very happy with this case and now have to buy another one just a few months after purchasing it.
