I needed very quiet fans to keep my PC case cool, but didn't want to pay higher prices for more established brands. I took a risk choosing these fans and they suit me perfectly! All you hear is air movement and they move most of it (much like the Thermaltake fan I had in this case). They are barely audible from a distance of 2-3 meters, even during gameplay. Expansion headers are great for connecting more than one fan to the same motherboard or fan controller header. Can't comment on durability yet as I've just received them but they seem to be well made and I expect them to last a long time. I can recommend these fans! One note: I thought one of the fans was humming quietly, but it turned out to be a grill on the side of my case. This is a type of grid that looks like a series of "O" cuts. Apparently, such a grid creates turbulence when air flows through it. There was no such sound when deflating. I stopped the noise by cutting out the grill and replacing it with the wire fan grill I had.
