I'm the only driver, so I keep my personal belongings (gloves, tissues, lip gloss, pen, notepad, iPod, phone, etc.) on the passenger seat. I used a small plastic container and although everything was mixed it all worked fine. The problem occurred several times when someone was driving with me. If I had known beforehand I could have taken the container and put it in the back seat but a couple of times someone decided to ride along and just put the container in the back seat where it would slide off and I had stuff all over it. I was looking for an organizer that was comfortable and not huge, had compartments, wouldn't slide off the seat if I stopped abruptly, and had a handle to pick it up. This organizer is one of the most convenient things I've ever bought. It has large dividers that can be flattened to hold a box of paper napkins on one end, plenty of compartments for all my stuff, a great handle, and a velcro strap that I just pressed against the seat that stays on when stopping and starting. It has little mesh pockets for my notepad and pen, I have an iPod pocket to keep it out of sight, a phone pocket, room for gloves, all at a very affordable price. And if I need a seat for the passenger, I take it, put it on the back seat, press the Velcro on the seat and off you go. I really love this article!
