This is my first real non-stick pan and I can say that with confidence because of how surprised I was by the results. I’ve had pans that claimed to be non-stick, but now that I’ve used this pan, I know that I’ve been lied to previously by all the other pans, lol. I have been able to make toasted coconut with brown sugar without any burning or stickiness to the pan afterwards. I’ve made perfect pancakes and crepes with a light crisp that could’ve been ordered straight from a fancy restaurant. This quality of this pan makes me feel like a chef and has totally boosted my cooking confidence. So many recipes I’ve made in the past that didn’t come out good usually had me blaming myself, however this pan made me realize that the only thing to blame was my low-quality pans. I also love the color and how durable this pan feels. The instructions don’t come in English so I didn’t know if there was anything special that I needed to do before using it so all I did was wash it with soap before my first use. I would like to know what the pan is made from since I do have issues concerning teflon which can be found in any non-stick products. If I can get a confirmation that there is no teflon in this pan, it would without a doubt be a 5-star product.
