Good release, nice balance, bows up in the middle

This pan is nicely nonstick (if you really burn something you may need to soak it). It's lightweight, and well balanced, and easy to use. When the pan is used on an induction cooktop the middle of the pan bows upward a bit. This is because the induction plate on the bottom is about half an inch inward from the edge, so the outer edge and rim don't heat up (and don't expand). On this smaller pan the amount of bow is tolerable, though I also have the bigger version of this pan, and that one has a…

Pros
  • Suitable length and comfortable grip, ergonomic handle arc, easy to cook a variety of cuisines. In addition, we recommend that you keep the handle away from fire sources during use to prevent it from rupturing due to high temperatures.
Cons
  • The pan is not suitable for use on induction stoves

Lightweight makes it great for Crepes

This is great for crepes or lightweight pancakes, I think that for the price this is a great specific piece of kit. It's slim and stores away nicely, the temperature change response is quick which is helpful when making something like a crepe and I may need it to cook down rather quickly. The nonstick coating seems alright, though I'm careful not to use any metal utensils and damage it. The handle is quite comfortable and the pan's nonstick works well, though I haven't used this for much else…

Pros
  • Its affordability and practicality make it a great value for your money, while also allowing you to enjoy a variety of delicious and healthy breakfast dishes at home or on the go
Cons
  • The nonstick coating may not be suitable for high-heat cooking methods

This is a pretty decent nonstick pan for basic cooking. It is labeled as a crepe pan, and I can see why the low lip or rim would help when making crepes. I don't make crepes, yet I have found this to be a perfect little pan for the things I cook. This pan is very light and therefore heats quickly. Keep this in mind so that you do not overheat the pan when warming it up, as this would ruin the nonstick coating over time. I don't even turn my gas stove heat up to high when using this pan--the…

Pros
  • The Mokpi's Nonstick Crepe Pan heats up evenly and quickly, allowing you to cook your favorite breakfast dishes in no time
Cons
  • The pan may rust if left wet or exposed to moisture

A good crepe pan for induction ranges

I use this crepe pan on induction and it works well. The non-stick attributes of the pan are good, as are most coated pans these days, and as most pans do, over the years they gradually start to stick more.Crepes and omelets are our most common use for this pan, and basic grilled sandwiches and one-person breakfasts come in second. The compact size is great for this. It's solidly made and washes up easily. We've learned a long time ago that dishwashers are hard on non-stick pans, so we always…

Pros
  • Mokpi
Cons
  • The pan may take longer to heat up than other materials

A must for crepes! - my new review

If you love making Crepes like I do, then you want to have one of these pans. This one has a great non stick surface and is light and very easy to clean. It made my crepes perfect every time. I suggest when making them, keep an eye on your temperature to maintain even cooking.

Pros
  • This long-lasting and versatile skillet is an excellent gift for birthdays, holidays, weddings, graduations, housewarmings, or any occasion. Your foodie friends and family will love this mini pan!
Cons
  • The pink color may fade or discolor over time

An good little pan with one big flaw - NOT SAFE

There's a lot to like about this pan. It's light, has goid heat dissipation and is nonstick, at least for now. The handle is comfortable although the screws on the underside heat up faster than expected. It performed very well with eggs, and I'm sure it will with crepes. The problem is the handle itself. If it had been a bit longer or had an extra curve near the body of the pan it would be fine. It the pan were just a little deeper there would be no problem. But it is just too low. If you move…

Pros
  • Its compact size of 8 inches makes it an ideal choice for use in camping trips, where every inch of space is valuable
Cons
  • The pan may warp or bend if mishandled or dropped

Good quality, ideal size pan.

I received this pan last week and thought of trying it out with one of my favorite breakfast items: an omelet. The pan is the right size to make a 1-2 egg omelet. Unlike a few other pans I have, this doesn’t bulge up in the center ensuring that the omelet is of even thickness. The base of the pan is thin and that helps to heat it fast. That makes it an ideal pan for camping etc. because you have a limited amount of gas available to burn.Using this at home, one has to optimize the flame (I burnt

Pros
  • Saucepans
Cons
  • The pan may not distribute heat evenly, causing hot spots

It all panned out! best in my review

This is my first real non-stick pan and I can say that with confidence because of how surprised I was by the results. I’ve had pans that claimed to be non-stick, but now that I’ve used this pan, I know that I’ve been lied to previously by all the other pans, lol. I have been able to make toasted coconut with brown sugar without any burning or stickiness to the pan afterwards. I’ve made perfect pancakes and crepes with a light crisp that could’ve been ordered straight from a fancy restaurant…

Pros
  • Kitchen & Dining
Cons
  • The small size may not accommodate larger ingredients or meals

Perfect for crepe - my new review

I got the copper color one. The non stick surface is the same as the Gotham copper non stick set I got from Costco. Good heat distribution. No obvious cold or hot spot.Nothing sticks now since this is new. We will see after a few months of use and I will update its durability (if I remember). If its quality is the same as Gotham, then I don't expect it to last too long. I have already ruined one Gotham pan that I used 1 to 3 times a week after a year. The edge is shallow. Good for making crepes…

Pros
  • It is easy to clean and maintain, as you only need to wipe it down with a soft cloth or wash it with soapy water and rinse
Cons
  • The handle may become too hot to touch during prolonged use
